Where do I park?

Parking is available at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale (Chapel Square Garage) located at 155 Temple Street for a discounted rate of $12/day (normally $25/day).

Is there a discounted rate for the hotel?
Yes! The group rate for the event is $220/night plus taxes and fees.
What does the registration fee include?
All education, exhibit hall admission and meals are INCLUDED with your conference registration.
Can I earn Continuing Education credit by attending Periop ConneCT?

Periop Connect is approved for over 6.5 CE credits from the California Board of Registered Nursing. OR Today has been approved and is licensed to be a Continuing Education Provider with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing; License No. CEP 16623.

The 2025 Periop Connect conference has been approved for 6.5 CE (approval code: OR Today 251106) by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA).

The 2025 Periop Connect conference, being held on October 11 has been approved for 7.75 Contact Hours (approval code: 00609MMCORPW25) and October 12 has been approved for 2 Contact Hours (approval code: 00610MMCORPW25) by the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).

Periop Connect is approved for 6.5 CE credits by the Association of Surgical Technologists, Inc. for continuing education for the Certified Surgical Technologist, Certified Surgical First Assistant, and Associate members of AST. This recognition does not imply that AST approves or endorses any product or products that are included in presentations.

What happens in the exhibit hall?
The Exhibit Hall will feature leading companies who provide products and technology solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote patient safety for you and your department. By visiting the vendors you will learn about these opportunities as well as have an opportunity to win amazing door prizes including gift cards, fitness trackers, gift baskets, technology and more!
What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual, though the meeting rooms can tend to run cool so we do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket.

Where do I go when I arrive at the hotel?

The Periop ConneCT registration desk is located on the second floor outside the Grand Ballroom.

Do I have to “check-in” once I arrive?

You may visit the Periop ConneCT registration desk at any point during the conference, but we ask that you do so prior to attending any sessions or entering the exhibit hall so that we can provide you with your badge and conference materials.
