Periop ConneCT is offering a limited number of scholarships for complimentary admission to its annual conference on October 25-26.

If you find yourself in financial hardship and are unable to cover the cost of the registration fee complete the application at the link below to be considered for one of the scholarships. Please note, that scholarships do not cover travel expenses, only the conference registration fee.
